Spinal Protocol Method – Innovation in Healing

In today’s world, it’s rare to encounter someone who isn’t grappling with some sort of musculoskeletal issue or pain, thanks to sedentary lifestyles, poor posture, sedentary work, or strenuous physical labor. Everyone has their own remedies: some purchase new mattresses, others apply muscle-relaxing creams to soothe their aching limbs, a few seek relaxation through massages, or pop painkillers alongside their morning coffee. While these approaches may offer temporary relief, anyone dealing with back pain knows that these methods only provide short-term solutions. The good news is that you don’t have to resign yourself to living with constant pain—there’s a way to heal!

The spinal protocol therapy can forever change your approach to back pain and musculoskeletal issues, allowing you to forget what it’s like to live in constant pain.

The Spinal Protocol method consists of two modules: the Lumbar Protocol and the Cervical Protocol. This therapeutic approach was developed by János Papp,  traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. He successfully applied the ancient TuiNa massage technique for years with his patients and later incorporated Craniosacral, Dorn, and Alexander therapies into his treatments. Continuing his career as a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, his holistic approach and comprehensive knowledge encouraged him to refine his method. Fundamental to traditional Chinese healing is the belief in viewing the human body (and soul) as a complex whole, aiming not only to alleviate symptoms but also to identify the root cause. It was this comprehensive, root-cause approach that laid the foundation for the Spinal Protocol, drawing on the in-depth knowledge of various techniques to create this innovative and effective method. Continuous pursuit of improvement led to the refinement of the Spinal Protocol into its current form, integrating diagnostic tests from physiotherapy and manual therapy, as well as the application of kinesiotape and auricular acupuncture.

How does a Spinal Protocol treatment proceed?

The initial session always lasts for 120 minutes, meaning 2 hours, and takes place in comfortable clothing. The Spinal Protocol specialist begins with taking a medical history, followed by conducting various tests to determine the cause of the pain. They may examine your gait, posture, and may suggest further examinations or therapies if necessary. After the diagnosis, the protocol treatment starts in the appropriate sequence, utilizing various techniques tailored to the individual. It’s worth noting that this treatment cannot be considered a conventional massage and depending on the severity of the condition, it may involve discomfort. Sometimes the treatment needs to be applied in a course, but there are cases where up to an 80% improvement can be achieved in a single session, followed by only maintenance treatments.
